5-day trip to Gran Canaria Is there anything more exciting than spending 5 days at the beach during winter? This was a bit the starting point of the reason for my trip to the Canary Islands last January. Indeed, the Canary Islands are characterized by their mild climate all year round and the almost absence of seasons. I had already been to Tenerife, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura but Gran Canaria was the last large Canary Island that I did not know yet.   What to see in Gran Canaria ? The best way to move around Gran Canaria is to rent a car. Especially if you don’t want to only visit the touristy places, but also the canyons, the deep oases, as well as the charming little villages.   My 4-day City trip in Vienna I've always wanted to go to Vienna someday. Its majesty, elegance and history have always attracted me and I must say that I was not at all disappointed: Vienna is magnificent with its architecture and grandiose monuments . All the greatness of the Habsburgs radiates to the four corners of the city.   My 2-week Highlights of Brazil tour Last summer, I went to Brazil for two weeks. I wanted to see as much as possible of this great country, while focusing on the most emblematic places. So I started to read a lot about the sites to visit and I selected 5 destination points that I could visit in 14 days: Recife, Salvador da Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, Ilha Grande and Iguazú. It is very easy to get around by plane between the big cities of Brazil . I was a little apprehensive about internal flights and their punctuality (because I was going to have to take 4 domestic flights anyway!) But everything went very well and I luckily had no delays. I booked internal flights with Brazilian airlines Azul , Gol and LATAM , comparing prices on Skyscanner . In each Brazilian city, it is very easy and economical to get around thanks to the Uber mobile application . It is the safest and most efficient form of transportation.
